Did you hear that? PP Tony Chong mentioned that Rotary International gives us a distinctive pin to wear when we sponsor a new member for our Club. For those who like to identify themselves with the Rotary Organization, what a beautiful opportunity to enrich our jackets. Let’s go for it!!
Other relevant news, we certainly take pride in re-welcoming Mac McLean. Our lost sheep. It took him a good time to realize, that RCMN is still the best Rotary Club to be a member of. Now we can really hope to institute again a significant foreign male influence. My challenge goes to our numerous PP: can we please make an effort to lure other former members to return to the club? (it sounds more of a begging than a challenge).
Our guest speaker reminded us about the realities in life and the cautions and precautions we need to take to bring our families safe through this challenging times. As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure (so be nice to your co-workers, helpers, drivers, etc.).
Remember, we need ALWAYS to know were our loves ones and especially for our kids, we want to know with whom they are. Be vigilant and not complacent.
Hey, do not forget that when you are reading these lines, it’s my Birthday. Turning 64 and going strong for Rotary. God Bless

Dear Fellow RCMNers,
Our members know that the Philippines is now on Christmas mode. Given that the holiday season has already started, I hope it’s not presumptuous of me to ask for a Yuletide present, in behalf of Makati North of course. That is, I’m asking for each member to recruit or reactivate just one member.
But first, allow me to express my gratitude to those who have invited prospective members to attend previous meetings. Share with us your feedback – particularly the resistance for signing up – so that we may address concerns and prepare a course of action. And please, invite your friends to a weekly meeting or an activity again.
