Gentlemen of RC Makati North!
Greetings gentlemen!

Welcome to our new venue The Brasserie.

Well we had a great speech by Jack Rodriguez 23rd March 2011, which got us all thinking about leadership, correct decision making on how to move our country forward despite all the negative issues such as indiscriminate mining bans, ongoing government corruption, which, even if its improving still has a long way to go. Some people say the Philippines has the best Judges money can buy which we hope will change.

The 1st CLIPP Cup was a huge success thanks to the hard work produced by PP Pabling Calma, PDG Ato Magadia, and PP Joe Reano and most of all our ever reliable Betty, Moly and Cris who were first there last Friday.

We all enjoyed the event even though it was blustery but sunny.

My friend JP won the event so not only is he an excellent wine connoisseur but a great golfer too so there nothing better than keeping such skills within the family.

The prizes at stake were excellent and the best by far were the ceramic pots made by Maribel Calma’s pottery company and I know that my wife and my participators agree with me.

The course was beautiful but tough but I did not meet anybody who complained. We all just smiled and enjoyed the day.

The likes of Gary Teves, Derek Ramsay, the Lina’s, all enjoyed this fabulous day including our youngest member, PP Pabling.

As there was no Hole in One, the P50,000 at stake went to our club. Yehey.
Nearest the pin went to: PP Donnies Alas, Mark Noble and Doug Green, who by the way is a Hall of Famer for Aussie Rules Football one of the top three players ever in the history of the sport.

We need all the money we can get to ensure our club continues and this event will have secured our tenure for at least another year.
