PP Pabling & Maribel Calma, Gracious Hosts

PP Pabling & Maribel Calma hosted the dinner for sister club RC Raffles City last Thursday, July 14 at their residence in San Lorenzo Village. The guests were treated with sumptuous Kapampangan dishes. Rotary Ann Maribel introduced the group to the Chef from Everybody’s Café—Mr. Jayjay Yulo, who is a third generation culinary expert.

While discussing, PP Bert Lingad invited RC Raffles City Rotarians on their visit next year to his farm in Pampanga and to taste once again the authentic Kapampangan dish including seafood. PP Vic Austria also suggested visiting the pottery factory of Ann Maribel Calma. So it will be an out-of-town fellowship for next year’s itinerary of our sister club.

Among the RCMNers who attended were: Pres. Archie Reaño, PP Ric dela Torre, PP Chet Tan, PP Ed Mijares, PP Joe Reaño, Dir. Danny Rayos del Sol, PDG Ato Magadia, PP Bert Lingad, Mr. Natoy Almeda and PP Vic Austria. The RC Raffles City included: Pres. Aaron Tan, Dr/PP Jimmy Daruwalla, Dr/PP Chin Koy Nam and PP David Ong Choon.

Once again, a million thanks to PP Pabling and Maribel Calma for hosting a memorable dinner/fellowship for our sister club.
