Turnover of Free Eyeglasses to FBES Main & III Beneficiaries

Last Dec. 17, 2010, Pres. Mac McLean led the turnover of free eyeglasses to the pupil and teacher beneficiaries of F. Benitez Elementary School Main and III in Brgys Sta Cruz and Singkamas respectively. This was the result of the vision screening held last November 18 & 25 for the Grade I pupils and teachers of both schools.

In FBES Main, a total of 18 pupils were given the free eyeglasses, while in FBES III, a total of 18 pupils and 9 teachers were the recipients.

On January 2011, the “Better Vision for a Better Future” free eye examination and free eyeglasses will be continued for the second batch of beneficiaries.

Pres. Mac thanked Dr. John Paul Chua and Dr. Ailiene Pompa for the services they extended to our club for this worthwhile project.
