Book Donation & Book Reading in Brgy. Singkamas

Dir Archie Reaño and IPP Vic Austria led the turnover of books as additional donation of the club to Barangay Singkamas library in behalf of Pres. Mac McLean.

The turnover was held last Saturday, Nov. 13. Ed Ison (Immediate Past President of Rotaract Club of Brgy. Singkamas) and Mrs. Tameng Pacibe (RCC President) accepted the donation in behalf of barangay chairman, Mrs. Betty Ison, who was in a council meeting that day.

Before the donation was made, a book reading was conducted, first by IPP Vic Austria, followed by Dir. Archie Reaño and RAC Ed Ison. IPP Vic explained to the kids the importance of reading….. not only reading but by understanding what is being read.

After the reading session, a snack was served to the enjoyment of the kids.
